About Time
Hi! I’m Mikkel Riise Lund. I recently turned 1,000,000,000 seconds old. I’m a software developer from Copenhagen, Denmark with a passion for learning and teaching. I mainly focus on .NET backends, but you will every now and then find me doing frontends (like this blog written in Jekyll).
I’ve studied at the IT University of Copenhagen, where I specialized in algorithms and data structure - especially related to intervals. I work with cVation, where I bring the global debt market onto the blockchain.
This blog will mostly be about time-related things, like how to use Noda Time to better handle time in .NET, but I will also be using it to document my technical findings and as a playground for trying out new technologies.
I’ve wanted to start a blog for quite some time, but haven’t gotten around doing it. Now it has finally happened, and it’s about time…
